TSA Job Description
Are you interested in being a representative of the Grande Prairie Airport, working with the traveling public? We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people. You’ll interact directly with passengers, offering assistance, information, and being a welcoming presence. No two days are alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to travelers
- Engage in essential tasks, including sidewalk snow removal, ensuring the terminal is safe and accessible
- Play a crucial role in our Parking Control and Terminal Security Program, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond to phone calls regarding customer service inquiries
- Maintain the integrity of the security access points
- Other duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks, including snow removal
- Must be bondable, able to pass a physical fitness test, and provide a criminal record check
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing as part of our safety-sensitive requirements
Term position:
Start Mid-February to April 26
Note: Possibility of extension
6 days on/3 days off
Shifts schedules:
04:00-12:00
04:00-16:00
20:00-04:00
16:00-04:00
This position cycles through each shift as scheduled including holidays
Wage $23.39
